Payment and Cancellation policy: A valid credit card is necessary to guarantee your session at the time your appointment is scheduled. MasterCard and Visa are acceptable forms of payment, or advance payment by money order. If needed, your appointment time and date can be rescheduled up to two weeks prior to your appointment time. A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations after the appointment time has been scheduled. No refund will be issued when appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments are subject to full payment of session, and will automatically be billed to your credit card. Deposits for group sessions and seminars are non-refundable.
